After submitting the form the practitioner may contact you if you have indicated any medical issues.
If you are attending for the first time for ‘Injectables’ you will need to see the Clinics Practicing Doctor who will assess you for your prescribed treatment (You will not see them again unless your medical situation alters). The practitioner will arrange for the Clinics Practicing Doctor to be there at your first appointment.
